Tasting notes:
Ruby colour wine, with red fruit aroma. Soft in mouth, bodied, pleasant balance and long lasting after taste.

Vinification:
Picking and Manual Grape Selection, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature, and maceration.

Matured:
During 2/3 months in bottle.

Suggestions:
It should be served at 18º C. Recommended to accompany red meat dishes or grilled whitemeat dishes and game dishes (hare, wild boar…).
