Tasting notes:
Ruby colour wine, aromas of ripe fruit and vanilla sensation. On the palate, velvety and bodied with correct acidity, noble tannins and a pleasant balance.

Vinification:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature followed by Maceration

Matured:
In French oak barrels and American oak barrels for 6 months and 8 months in bottle

Suggestions:
It should be served at 16-18º C. Recommended to accompany games dishes (partridge, pigeons,…) and cheeses.
